Porter was born in California and raised in Colorado and Utah.  He received a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Russian from Bowdoin College in May 2002.  Porter graduated from the Syracuse University College of Law in May 2007.  Porter is admitted to practice before all Nevada State Courts and Federal Courts for the District of Nevada.

Porter works in the Firm’s litigation department, giving him exposure to cases ranging from simple soft tissue injuries to spinal injuries and wrongful death.  Currently, his duties include legal research, motion writing, and client relations
