Paul Powell is the Litigation Chairperson of the Firm. Since joining the Firm in November 2004, Paul has led the fight against careless corporations and he has tirelessly protected the rights and dignity of ordinary people hurt by the negligence of others. "There is no confusion as to the Firm's role," Paul said. "We level the playing field against the corporations and the insurance companies. But far more is required in each case than the investment of the Firm's talents and resources. Clients trust us in a time of great loss and need. If you lose a loved one, or your life has dramatically changed because of an accident, you might need a friend just as much as you need an attorney." |
