Kevin Rowe

Kevin Rowe has been with the firm since 1998.  He has held management positions of Chief Operations Officer and finance manager of the Reno and Las Vegas offices.  As of 2005, Mr. Rowe and Mr. Lerner have opened the Law Offices of Lerner & Rowe, P.C. in Phoenix, Glendale, Mesa and Bullhead, Arizona. Thus, a majority of Mr. Rowe’s time is consumed as managing partner and his personal caseload consisting of complex medical injuries sustained by victims of automobile accidents, slip and falls, and medical malpractice.

Aside from his supervising duties, Mr. Rowe has been actively involved in helping the firm resolve hundreds of millions in personal injury settlements over the past nine years. Mr. Rowe was also actively involved in class action seminars for victims injured by the weight loss drugs, Fen-Phen.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rowe was employed with a large southern California insurance defense firm before and while attending Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California.  He earned his Juris Doctor in May 1997.  Mr. Rowe obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, cum laude. He was also a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honors society and a member of the University of Washington Division I soccer team.

Mr. Rowe is admitted to the Supreme Court of Arizona and various Federal courts.  He is also a member of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association, Maricopa County Bar Association, American Association for Justice and the American Bar Association.

Mr. Rowe was born and raised in southern California and now resides in both Las Vegas and Phoenix.  He has a beautiful daughter, Taylor Jayne.
