Kelly Huang

Kelly joined the firm in 2007.  He has been an attorney since early 1995 and is admitted to practice in New York, Florida, Texas, Nevada, and the United States District Courts for the Northern District of New York and the Middle District of Florida.   He has also attained admission to the United States Supreme Court.

During his career, his concentration of practice has been in representing injured persons and consumers as lead counsel in cases involving paralysis, amputation, musculoskeletal injury, neurological and traumatic brain injury, product defect (i.e., automobile design, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical claims), automobile and tractor-trailer collisions, premises liability, general tort matters, and class actions.   

Kelly has litigated cases resulting in several published court opinions setting forth important rules of law, and has appeared in radio, newspaper, and other media for involvement in notable legal matters.   He has successfully litigated numerous cases with collectible amounts approaching, and reaching well into the multi-million dollar range, and to date has secured settlements and verdicts amounting to approximately $60,000,000, and has also achieved a $34,000,000 verdict while plaintiff trial counsel.
