Carl Arnold

Carl joined our Litigation Department on Monday, August 14, 2006, as a Senior Associate Attorney. Carl brings 12+ years practicing as a litigation attorney, with extensive experience with case intake, investigation, discovery, motion practice, depositions, arbitrations, appeals and all other procedural areas of the litigation function. Moreover, Carl has served as lead counsel on 18 jury trials, 100+ mediations, and indicted 50+ cases before a Federal Grand Jury.
                                    
Carl joins us after having completed a 2 year assignment as Assistant US Attorney with the US Attorney’s Office, Criminal Division in San Diego, California. Prior to his tenure at the US Attorney’s office Carl worked as Associate Attorney and was eventually promoted to Partner at Cozen O’Connor

in San Diego, California, from 1993 through 2004.  Carl brings a vast amount of experience and familiarity with civil practice in California, Nevada, Utah, and Mississippi in State and Federal courts. Additionally Carl is license to practice in California and Nevada.

Carl completed his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science at Azusa Pacific University, where he was two-time All-American in Track & Field. He received his Juris Doctorate from Howard University where he was a recipient of a Merit Scholarship from 1991-1994 and served as Associate Editor of the Howard Law Journal.
