Ben Lund

Benjamin R. Lund grew up in Highland Park, New Jersey. He received his B.S. degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Latin American Studies from Weber State University (with Honors) in 1996, and his J.D. degree from Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School, cum laude, in 1999. He has been practicing law in Las Vegas, Nevada since 1999.

Mr. Lund gained extensive negotiation, settlement, litigation, and trial experience practicing in the areas of complex commercial litigation and personal injury.

Mr. Lund thrives on the challenge and opportunity to champion the cause of the underdog against large corporations and insurance companies. In his spare time, Mr. Lund enjoys golf, fly-fishing, exploring foreign countries, and spending time with his wife and three children.
